    they calculate the igredients they put in and how much they put in the granola bar and record it and then they add it up.

    2 or 3 ways:
    * count the calories + nutrients on ingredients per serving
    * send 6 samples of each kind to a lab. and have them analyzed (more accurate, cost more)

    all my food processor does is chop food. You must have a much better one then I have.
